On December 10th, 2021, a large outbreak of tornadoes, including two EF4s, sliced through several states devastating entire communities. Kentucky was hit especially hard. Healing Projects has served in disaster relief for more than a decade, but this disaster was quite literally in the “backyard” of our headquarters, located in Paducah, Kentucky. Our teams and volunteers have been on the ground working in whatever capacity needed ever since that tragic day. We are currently prepared to manage teams in recovery efforts for limited weeks throughout the summer months. Please contact us using our online form, or email dawngchoate@gmail.com for more info.
